My 3 would be:
Aric Almirola (he should be decent splitting time with Martin but Gibbs must really like Joey Logano to let Aric go)
Joey Logano (just 184 days until his first Sprint Series start)
Matt Martin (give Mark's kid a couple more years, he turns 16 on the 17th)

Out of this list I would say Leicht, Its too soon to tell about Logano he has the potential to be great.. Coleman only time will tell.. I'd say at this time Leicht should be good...Everyone is saying Joey Logano is the next Jeff Gordon, only time will tell..
