I just downloaded this document,and when i try to print it out, the print button at the menu is inactive( grey color) and when i check the properties,this document doesnt allowed to print. so how do i print this document?any other way of re-configure the instruction so i can print it out?

yet,there is a password to open through adobe photoshop..

That means that your printer driver needs to be reinstalled.
Get your cd and reinstall it and the greyed out area will not be, once you reboot and the printer is working.

The print action is grayed out because the person who created it turned off printing. You can try to turn off the protection(file>Document properties, then look at the security tab) but it way require a password. You can try to right click and print throug windows or open the PDF in an image editor like photoshop.

The creator of PDF files are able to set those files so that they can not be printed. Usually it is because they do not want you to be able to print it.
About the only way to get around that is to use a program that is able to open a PDF file (such as some graphic programs) and convert it to another format which you can print.
If you do not have such a program, you can open a page, do a screen print of the page, and then print the screen print.
But there is no way to remove the printing protection from a PDF file.

When that happens to me I open it in Photoshop and print it from there.
