how do i take it further if shes got used to just been a friend ive told her how i feel but she says she thinks of me as more of a friend.....how do i get her to change her mind???

If you have already told your friend that you like her as more then a friend, and her responce, wasn't exactly the same, then i think you should just give her some space. And after a few weeks of ignorance, if she starts to talk to you more and play with you, flirt with you - then maybe you should bring it up again. And this time her responce could be different.

You don't. Accept her as a friend, otherwise you are just a stalker and will end up driving her away even from being your friend. She told you how she feels, honor her feelings.
