I don't know anything about Christianity but because you didn't put them:
legal sins:
adultery
the 8 deadly sins: "covetousness, pride, envy, sloth, lust" I don't know what the others are
homosexuality
illegal sins:
murder
rape
child abuse
theft
bestiality
I suppose also conspiring to commit these.
It would be very difficult to criminalise mental states like the 8 deadly sins - I mean how would you prove what people are thinking?
I disagree that most of the sins don't hurt anyone. If you are proud then you are going to get humbled at some point, and it is harder to learn. If you commit adultery you are going to hurt others. If you have a lot of lust, you will get disappointed at some point. If you are lazy you will suffer.

The mind of the false religion.
There illegal for you not the Christians, for when a christian sins its your fault and you should be more loving towards other people and forgive for they command it of you.
Remember their in control ,they tell you how it is.If you get in their way they will curse you with the sweet cider of their mouth.
You hear of the mark of the Beast,we were not able to buy or sell without.
That mark was enforced by false religions along time ago.
You can not do any without their mark on it. Every part of your life is control by it. Christian or non-christian.

Most people fail to recognize that God doesn't have to directly intervene every time we sin; the spiritual laws He set in motion are self- enforcing, bringing their own punishment when we break them.
Satan has effectively deceived humanity throughout history by influencing human beings to cut themselves off from God's guidance. He leads us to want to do things our own way, to rely on ourselves rather than God as the ultimate authority.
Paul describes the results of rejecting God: ". . . Since they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, he gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what ought not to be done. They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice.
"They are gossips, slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; they are senseless, faithless, heartless, ruthless. Although they know God's righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them" (Romans 1:28-32, NIV). Our news and entertainment media praise and condone degenerate, sinful lifestyles and practices while condemning people who support biblical standards as narrow-minded bigots out to impose their biases on others. Such twisted values are the inevitable result of a mind-set that rejects the knowledge and commandments of God.
Were we to follow God's instruction on a national scale, we would see immediate and drastic reductions in crime, disease, hostilities between nations, pollution, accidents, mental illness, broken families, shattered relationships and many other phenomena that cause us grief. God's law is not harsh or onerously restrictive. It is a law of liberty (James 1:25) that would eliminate most of the world's pain if it were universally obeyed.

Because these are man-made laws that we live with. But one way or another, every sin can hurt someone. Lying isn't against the law (with the obvious exception of court) and that's always hurting the one who's being lied to. Adultery isn't against the law, but is obviously hurtful.

No society has ever come close to regulating all the morals of its citizens.
However, God does watch all your morals, legal or not.

Because laws are designed to control people in a society.
Sin separates us from God. Society can exist when its members are separated from God. They can't exist without some form of law.
