Are you looking to name your baby after a female catholic saint?
I've always been fond of the name Mary Elizabeth.

I love Monica, St. Augustine's mom. You could read about her if you like. Her situation is so common in today's world. Well, you also can't go wrong with Mary, Maria, Marie, etc. Also, see about Anne (Mother of Mary) and Elizabeth (Sister of Mary, Mother of John the Baptist). They are all very holy. I posted a like great web site below, if you would like to skim down a list of names, go to the link on the top right side, it says "LIST BY NAME"

Here is Monica's page if you like that name:

ADDED ON: I also love Teresa/Theresa/Therese, and also Angelica (from Mother Angelica on EWTN. I guarantee she will be a Saint, and if not, then she's obviously named after one of them.)
