The window gives you a choice to either send report to Microsoft or not, but either decision will shut down the i-net, so I can't use it at all, it closes right after, if anyone knows how to fix, please let me know.

If you are running IE 6, upgrade to IE 7 and that should resolve the issue.

If you are running IE7, go to the Control Panel and click the Add/Remove Programs icon. Scroll through the list and find IE7. Click on it to highlight it, and a Remove option should appear. Remove IE 7 and reboot. IE6 will automatically reinstall. Then upgrade back IE 7 and the issue should be resolved.

If neither of those work, download and use Firefox instead.
