My boyfriend just had surgery on his jaw, they have him on some medication. he is really weak lately. could it be the pain pills the gave him. we haven't had sex in a week. he just hasn't been in the mood and he don't know why?? someone help me out with this one???

HE IS RECOVERING FROM SURGERY! Give him a break...those pain pills can really wipe a person out as well as the surgery itself...Give him a couple weeks or so to recover...

He had surgery! That requires sedation and some heavy pain killers. He needs healing time. Of course he is not going to be interested in sex. Pain pills are basically legal sedatives. They will knock out a lot of feeling. I would wait until he is way more recovered, it might be a while. That is not small thing, to get surgery.

It is not the same for men as it is women...we can be ready anytime...sometime with men, their body betrays them.
It is the pain medication (it numbs more than just the pain) and the pain putting him out of the mood. Just play it cool for a few more weeks and don't pressure him as it will only make him feel inadequate and ergo, more unlikely to be able to perform when the time comes when he isn't on medication and in pain.

I doubt he is thinking about having sex if he just had surgery and is in pain. It has only been a week....give him some time to recover!

Ok, it could be that he's just not in the mood. Or he could be bore. Please don't take that the wrong way. And if you needing that. Then work him gurl. Give hime that special attention. LOL. Get wild wit it. ANd then while your taking care of him. You can help out your self. You know! But if that don't work. hand's , finger's, and toys are the next best thing. LOL. Plus, if he's trying to get at you in some type of way. Get him gurl. Laying down beside real nice like. Amd start doingyou. That way you can either drive him crazy. I had jaw surgery and got weak because I couldn't eat. Also, it hurts to move.

If you'd just had surgery, would you want him to be hounding you for sex? He probably doesn't feel like it! That would be... normal.
