What would be YOUR idea of perfection?

(Mine would include skin capable of photosynthesis and wings. But I'm sure my fellow R&Sers can be more creative...)

Chameleon skin!

i wouldn't need to drink or eat. i could gain all of my nutrients by absorbing the environment through my chameleon skin.

i could regrow limbs like starfish....or turn into two phoenixes when i was cut in two like a worm.

i would run like a cheetah and jump like a kangaroo. it would be a lot like thundercats.

I'd want female parts that aren't so vulnerable. And to give birth in a matter of minutes, painlessly. And teeth that actually last long enough!

Retractable wings, flippers, *and* claws. Of course.

Not as much of an appetite for violence.

Oh, and appetite should decrease as activity does. So if you work a desk job or are otherwise sedentary, you should be able to be satisfied with a small and healthy lunch and not gain weight.

I would be perfect if...

I could fly, but my wings wouldn't get in my way, ever.

I could go invisible when I want to be left alone, or wanted to sneak up on someone.

I had a movie theater inside my head, so I could chill and watch a movie anytime I want

Ditto for books - a neverending library/bookstore in my head.

I didn't have any allergies or health issues

I could live as long as I wanted to, and die without pain or regrets.

We would be self aware mayflies.

They have the perfect existence:
1) They spend 99% of their life as children (larva) eating and playing in the water.
2) They take a huge, lovely nap (pupae).
3) They wake up as these beautiful flying creatures whose only purpose is to have sex for a whole day while soaring in the sunlight.
4) Then they die happy and fulfilled.

Sign me up.

I REALLY like the chameleon skin thing. No eating or drinking as such. No weight gain. And I'd be made of rubber, so that I'd never get physically hurt. And I'd be able to fly. That would be nice. No more airplanes. Oh yes, and I'd look like Rachel Weisz.

My big thing is people being born without genetic defects. Children are born with terminal diseases caused by mutated DNA. A perfect creator wouldn't allow such mistakes to creep into his design.

Hmm... the ability to teleport at will, the ability to metabolize massive amounts of calories without weight gain, and the ability to get by nicely on two hours sleep. Did I mention that in my perfect world, you can't get a zit or a cavity?

Ooh, the chameleon skin is a good idea. The ability to fly would be nice. And swim without having to come up for air. Oh, and no one would be disabled, of course.

I think it was a dumb idea to have the food and air hole in the same place.

Taste buds that make healthy foods taste good and fattening foods taste bad.

Nonexistence. It's the only possibility for perfection.
