Yes, it does. It is nature's rule. If he is taller than you, he would lift you with that one and his arms, during the course, which would make you feel on top of the world. If he is shorter, he would use a stool or some such thing you to do that. That extra thing interfering with the course of the act would come in the way of your deriving the immense pleasure.
Got it? That's purely psychological, but still, it has a telling effect.
