The Bible, as everything in the universe, always has two parts. The list is endless...old and new...earthly and heavenly, etc. The covenant blessings have both a physical and spiritual application.
The covenant God made with Abraham promised both physical and spiritual blessings to Abraham's decendents(and they are not the Jews). Look at the nations that have the highest standard of living and the Christian religion is dominant...that's the physical part. Next, look at what God promised Christians after their earthly life ends.
Basically, there is physical DNA and spiritual DNA (both acquired from our Heavenly Father). To the caterpillar it's the end, to the butterfly it's the beginning. God loves us and there's not a darn thing we can do about it.

A covenant blessing is anything that God has promised to give you when you are in a covenant (or relationship) with him.
It includes "eternal" things like heaven, salvation, righteousness etc.
But also the everyday things like our "daily bread" (whatever we need for that day), wisdom, guidance, love, strength, etc.
If you get it from Him, then it is a covenant blessing.

Two covenants have two "blessed"s:
(as noted in Ps 32:1,2 & Rom 4:7,8)
- blessed "they" ... bloody cover up: Law
- blessed "the man"... Man kind: Grace
They are to be compared; Not mixed.
Mixing contrary things = oxy-MORON.
