Hinduism which is based on the eternal principles of a living society. When it started and who started it, nobody knows nor it is the teaching of a particular saint or God-man. It is the faith based on experimented laws of nature and changes according to the changes in nature.

Hindu is the oldest still in existence. The actual oldest that we have evidence for is around 35,000 years old and involves a snake carving in a cave. Neanderthals had a belief in an afterlife and that would be older still.

Asatru and Druidism is probably the two main ones that has roots in ancient times, but even those are not the true form.
the forced conversion to Christianity ha changed the legends and practices.
Goddess worship is the oldest for of worship but no true organized path has survived ancient times.

well the oldest *surviving* religion today is Hinduism. the oldest religions, mostly tribal and shamanistic, predate all written history.
even the Neanderthals buried their dead and used flowers in funeral and "worship" services...this is only known via archeology though.

as an organised religion it's a toss up between hinduism and zoroastrianism. if you mean a spiritual belief it's probably the animism of the san/!kung people of south west africa.

Since the Word was in the beginning I would say the first religion was that given to us by God through the Savior.
