How could a kid sitting on his KNEE break his pelvis?
If "Santa" is getting his pelvis into the act he's going to go to jail for inappropriate contact with a minor.

Unfortunately, probably the Santa due to the fact that he is most probably a seasonal contractor. He could however sue the parents for liability.

All the better reason to ban soda and junk food from schools. Of course the parents will still buy it.

Are you serious? LOL I would hope that the mall/store would cover his medical expenses. It's the risks he takes on the job.
