We are searching for family of Janos Kusnyir and Sofia Almasy. They were born in the mid 1800's in Hungary or Slovakia. They also lived in Munkacs, Hungary (which is now Mukachevo, Ukraine). Their children were Anna, Mary, Basil, Andras, Istvan (Steven), and Janos (John). They went to America in the early 1900's. They lived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Sofia had a brother named Marton Almasy who also went to Philadelphia. If you believe we could be related please email me at almasykusnyir@gmail.com

Hľadáme príbuzných rodiny Jána Kušníra (Kusnyír János) a Sófie Almásy. Narodili sa v polovici devätnásteho storočia na Slovensku alebo v Maďarsku. Bývali aj v Mukačeve na Podkarpatskej Rusi (teraz Ukrajina). Ich deti boli Anna, Mária (Mary), Vasil (Basil), Andrej (András), Štefan (István, Steven) a Ján (János). Odišli do Ameriky v prvých rokoch dvadsiateho storočia. Žili vo Philadelphii (Pennsylvania, USA). Sófiin brat Martin (Márton) Almásy tiež prišiel do Philadephie.
