That's not really much of a difference in age, I know a couple who got married about that age and the woman was a few years older, and they are really happy. Even though she's older, she gives him the respect that a husband deserves.

Not that bad, however, it is a proven fact men mature slower than women. And boys slower than girls, until the later years, so she may be stuck with an immature guy, where as, he may have himself a gift of some sorts, with her being the wiser more stable person. Its still young for both , especially him. But people, some not many, have made it through marriages when they got married at 12, or 14 years old.

That's not really much of a difference so you shouldn't worry about it. As long as there are no generational problems to interfere with the relationship I don't thing age matters. I am 45 and my new husband is 30. We both have the same ideas and characteristics so the age doesn't cause any problems. Don't let such a small thing interfere with your happiness.

I used to have a problem with it and would not date younger men. I refused to date my fiance for almost 3 years because he is younger.

Now I am happy as can be and realize the age is not a problem; if a man married a younger woman, he would be congratulated. I'm kind of proud I have a man 10 years younger attracted to me and chasing me around, and he keeps me young at heart.

One of the happiest couples I ever met had a 30 year difference. He was about 34 and she was over 65. They acted like teenagers at an unchaperoned party all the time.

Three years ain't squat, go for it and be happy.

No big deal, I am 6 years older than my husband, my granny was 11 years older than my grandfather, my mother in law is 10 years older than her partner. Age is a number when you are all adults.

That isn't a big difference. I respect men who marry older women.

3 years isn't much of an age difference.

It really doesn't matter who's older or who's younger.

I'm 3 years older than my husband.

I don't think it's a big deal (especially nowadays) as long as your maturity levels match.
