what happens when u take 1 percacet that 600 mg and 2 vicodine thats 590 mg a piece.. and u take them all at the same time?

More than likely you will get very sick.
At first it will be a feeling similar to "being high".
But your stomach will turn in knots and you vomit.
By the time this happens though the pills will already be in your system, though and you will not throw them up.
So you will be in pain...oh and no more feeling "high".
It is not worth it.
Sleep will be the only way through it.
Or going to the hospital.
