Without an autopsy you can only speculate. It would seem consistent with the Word that Adam was a perfect specimen of the adult male human. No genetic mutations and no physical imperfections.

Is it possible that the "blind spot" is part of what the bible calls perfection. If so, is it the minds ability to fill in or complete our integrated vision of the present trump, so to speak, our eyes weakness the reason it could be declared perfect?
