This is grief. It is a normal reaction to losing someone who meant something to you. Allow yourself time to come to terms with what happened and how this person affected you. If you cry, that's okay. If you feel blue, that's okay. You have to go through this to eventually feel okay. It takes quite a while. Go easy on yourself. If you don't have people you can talk to, consider going to a grief support group.

This is a hard one. Everyone copes in there own way. Sometimes you need to be alone and just reflect on all the good times and let them go, Or just keep as busy as possible. This is just one thing we can not change. Everyone will die sooner or later. I tried to stay busy and occupy my time. My heart goes out to you.

There's a new movie out that deals with that topic. The loved one dies and sends letters of things to do to help her/him move on with their lives. Set goals of things to do and places to see and if you can get other family members to help you achieve that goal too, it'd be really helpful. Try not to be alone alot > this gives too much time to dwell on your heartache. Sometimes even time can't change your pain. I've had 4 miscarriages and still can't deal with pregnant people, new babies, etc. You have to occupy your time so that you can occupy your mind. Not that you don't love them, but they would want you to move on.
Good Luck!

Honestly i dont think you do. I just keep to myself, cry, eat, and sleep. its hard to cope, especially if you loved that person. Just remember that your friends and family love you and they will always be their for you no matter what. Try staying with friends and not staying alone. that may be what you need right now. When my grandmother died, we were really close. My friends and family helped me through it and your friends and family will help you. GOOD LUCK!! :-)
