Reconciled means just what it says. Nothing is standing in the way of our having a relationship with a HOLY God. WHY? Because the sin issue has been dealt with ONCE and for ALL at the Cross. ALL sins were future for most of us when this took place, so it shows the magnitude of the effectiveness of the sacrifice that took place there.
God isnt mad at anyone anymore. He simply wants us all to KNOW that what He did with those sins on that Cross is sufficient to save anyone who will BELIEVE it! Reconciliation is only possible IF the person whose sins HAVE been paid for in full, ACKNOWLEDGES and trusts in the ONE who paid that price FOR HIM.
We who BELIEVE are made members of His Body, and Christ comes to dwell within.
Reconciliation has to do with what WAS separated, because of a barrier, being NOW accessible due to someone else paying the PRICE. "The wages of sin is death"...and Jesus paid that price for each and every one of us, therefore "reconciling us to God". God no longer holds our sins against us, as His wrath was poured out on His SON for all sin for all time. This is called GRACE.

Reconciled means we are restored to that relationship with God, that was lost back in the Garden of eden.
WE still need a mediator, to grow in our understanding of what God wants our lives to be.
1 Timothy 2:5 (King James Version)
5For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

To be reconciled to God means to be forgiven by Him. So if God can forgive us , shouldn't we then forgive others? God has said " I require mercy not (blood) sacrifice[s]" . MEDIATORS ? Yes, because they have the face (attention) of God at any time. This is their job. We may not have the face of God as readily as they do.

Reconciled means re-joined together....Sin seperated us from God...Christ died to reunite us to God....the will of God is that all people be reconciled to Him. The reason we had need of a Savior (someone to reconcile us to God) is because we were unable to do it ourselves. God is Holy. God is just ... and atonement had to be made. No one was worthy..all had sinned and fell short of the glory of God...so God sent Jesus...who was without sin...who took the punishment of sin upon Himself so that we could be reconciled to God through Him.

1 Timothy 2:5
Jesus Christ continues forever, he is an unchangeable priest.

Christ is our intercessor and God does have mercy through Christ. Christ was the ultimate sacrifice this is why we do not need to sacrifice anything. We all do need salvation and Christ is our salvation.

Yes, because we are still human and we will still sin. Jesus is our mediator speaking with the Father on our behalf.

sure, simply by fact guy nonetheless falls. we can continually want and Intercessor and Mediator and Savior. especially when you consider that in Scripture all of those titles are ones held by way of God. It additionally concerns that that's in basic terms by way of those factors of God that we are reconciled in the 1st place.
