Can someone please tell me how many pounds of roast beef (sliced and warm) for 30 people?

If you slice it thinly then about 7 lbs cooked roast beef but it will depend on the thickness. Have a trial run with a smaller joint and see how it goes.

For little tiny silver dollar sandwiches, you'd need about 2 lbs. of cooked roast beef to put 1 oz. of meat on each sammy.

Well you figure that each person would eat about 2 or 3 sanwiches and Its about 1-2 slices for each sanwich. i would think about 2 lbs maybe 3. sliced thin.
