I've been diagnosed with a pinched nerve a few years back. I have seen a doctor (who only prescribes pain killers and muscle relaxers), gone to see chiropractors, as well as physical therapy. Nothing seems to help my problem.

My right hip pops constantly. Every time I bend my knee more than a few inches. I have hip and back pain every morning and not so much in the afternoon and night. I'm only 23. What could be the problem and do you know of any remedies, etc?

Wow...I am sorry to hear of your problems so young. I am a 43 year old male who has had four spine surgeries.
I take an anti-inflammatory (Celebrex) and that is all. I use a lot of heat and cold. I alternate between heat and cold about ten minutes each for about three times each. I usually do this at night just before bed while reading. It helps a lot!
By the way the person above me gave you some very bad advice. Putting a brace on causes you to not use the muscles and they will get atrophied. (Weak)

Try wearing a back elastic support around your low back. One with the Velcro criss cross bands that pull very tight.

I have this also, but I have 40 extra years on you and expect it.
The back support was very, very helpful to improve my low back and hip pain and popping.

Walmart has them and I would put mine under my clothing. It worked really well. Good Luck.
