Nothing! Anti-inflammatory drugs are just that, they reduce inflammation so if like me you have rheumatoid arthritis, you take the anti-inflammatory to reduce the red hot painful, can use my joints as a frying pan, joints. Then you take pain killers, as they treat the actual pain. Sometimes, anti-inflammatory drugs are called pain killers, like after a operation they usually give you some, as by killing the inflammation, you should not be in pain. As long as you are 'aware' what ingredients are in anti-inflammatory drugs and do not overdose thinking the anti-inflammatory drugs is a real anti-inflammatory drug when in realist it is just another over the counter pain killer. Anti-inflames usually need a prescription. Good Luck.
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, usually abbreviated to NSAIDs, are drugs with analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects - they reduce pain, fever and inflammation. The term "non-steroidal" is used to distinguish these drugs from steroids, which (among a broad range of other effects) have a similar eicosanoid-depressing, anti-inflammatory action. As analgesics, NSAIDs are unusual in that they are non-narcotic. NSAIDs are sometimes also referred to as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents/analgesics (NSAIAs) or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAIMs). The most prominent members of this group of drugs are aspirin, ibuprofen, and naproxen partly because they are available over-the-counter in many areas. Paracetamol (acetaminophen) has negligible anti-inflammatory activity, and is strictly speaking not an NSAID.

Talk to your Pharmacist, I began having Liver damage from pain killers. Not knowing that many of them have Tylenol in them and you can be doubling up without knowing it.

I take Vicodin and Sulphasalazine, and a few other things.
At the time I was throwing down 2 Excedrin and a Vicodin every four hours because I was in so much pain. Then began having HORRIBLE pain in my Liver and Gall Bladder.

So be sure to talk to the Pharmacist to determine what could happen.
