Getting rid of back pains?

Anyone have any working ideas on how to get rid of my back pains. I have large breast and am a over weight. My upper back and neck hurts a lot... any ideas... help?

Pilate's, I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, problems with the spine but found Pilate's excellent. Likewise Aqua Jogging in the swimming pool. Good Luck.
