I found out that this girl might have said something unfavorable towards me,and she did someunfavorable things(some bordering on racial)i in turn, berated her verbally, asked her age forcefully (out of sarcasm),played numerous mind games with her, forced her out of the gym a couple times and just all around was a nuisance(i was pissed).Should i be ashamed?

Ask the OLD "frank" - he's SURE to know.....either that or marvin, greg and all the others - and I see Harvey's about again too so no doubt we're in for yet another round of the old OLD O L D questions over and OVER and O V E R again.

First of all, you're not really sure she deserved all of that, and if it's revealed that she was the innocent victim of gossip and conjecture, how do you propose to make all of that up to her? Secondly, suppose you were right about her...revenge as a strategy has an extremely brief shelf-life where it's actually effective; after that it sets about the task of doing in the host that created it. I'm not a fan of revenge for just this reason. You don't want to have sprang into action because she "might" have said something unfavorable that "bordered" on something racial. That's too much uncertainty to live with. In general, "lift where you stand..." is a better motto for day-to-day living; it has more karmic integrity to it. Pissed or not, in the future be very sure of what you're doing.

you should always respect women, if she did some things that were unfavorable just approach in a calm manner. Never Berate anyone. You must feel a little guilty because you are asking this question. Treat others as you would want to be treated.

Unfortunately you stooped to her level. Clearly she is of low intelligence and not worthy of you and probably the best thing you could do is to ignore her but if she crosses your path again then act with dignity and politeness - idiots such as racists, bigots, etc really don't know how to react to that

Yes, you should.
Doing those things won't change her being a racist.
Next time, take the high road. Unfortunately, ignorance will surround us no matter what (racist people)> Sad but true.
She prob feels very stupid now (which is good).

Well, doing those things probably made her think even less of you. So how did that really help things?
