If a single woman begins a sexual relationship with a man whom she knows to be in a relationship with someone else is she in the wrong? Obviously it is only the man who is actually cheating but morally should she keep away regardless of her feelings for the man?

Thanx for all ur answers, this was quite a big drunken debate for me and my mates last weekend re: another friend who had deliberately become pregnant (behind the blokes back - told him outright that she was on pill) after sleeping with someone she knew was in a relationship already just becus she wanted to have another kid. Stating thru the preganancy it suited her cus she wanted to bring the kid up alone without interference from someone else and then wen the kid was born she tried to get him to leave his missus and kids and get wi her instead. Wen it didnt work she collared him for CSA and moaned wen he dint wanna pay it. They we both my friends and i had actually introduced teh two in a pub (altho obviously not expecting this to happen!) but i really feel sorry for him now that he's paying out for a child he shudnt have to cus he never planned it and his life is now in tatters cus he had to tell his longterm gf what he'd done tho at same time its his fault for cheatin.

BOTH people involved are GUILTY of wrong doing. OBVIOUSLY neither person HAS morals - they are disrespectful and SELFISH - all that matters is what THEY want - they do not CARE about ANYONE else.

The "woman" should have enough SELF RESPECT to NOT let herself even be INTERESTED in a "taken" man - instead she selfishly allowed herself to believe SHE is much more deserved on his affections - WRONG!!!!

WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND - for every time either of them does a wrong to someone, they will get wronged BACK several times over.

she should keep away because it is not fair on his partner, how would it feel if it was the other way round and she was cheated on,also if he can cheat on 1 he can cheat on another, too many people will end up hurt.i know from past experience of being the other woman,it is never worth the hassle or heartache,i realise now that i would hate it done to me,he went back to his wife and i became a single parent.

You're not cheating on anyone and if you don't know the girl who's being cheated on, why should you care?

Although you're indirectly hurting someone who probably doesnt deserve it. So if that makes you feel bad, maybe you should be seeing someone who is also single and you'll probably have more fun :)

Both are equally bad.
But don't worry, in cases like that Karma is a ***** and so is the "lady" involved because when the guy breaks up with his girlfriend to be with her then she'll always be wondering when he'll cheat on her too.

Why o Why did she think it was a good idea to do this. Both of them were completely out of order. He was cheating and she although not cheating was asking for trouble.

Ah Hello. She is also the one doing the cheating, not just him. If someone is in a relationship no one should try to break it up or become a home wrecker! That is just wrong!!

She's in the wrong because of all the hurt it'll cause - to her, to him, to the woman he's in a relationship with, to any kids. It's just not worth it.

most times the man just wants something on the side and doesn;t want to lose that over a lay...if he dont care then why should she

Yes she should because there are no ethics in cheating . Its just wrong , you are not only hurting yourself you are hurting everyone involved . The guy is playing games and wants his cake and to eat it too.
