That she simply didn't want to take care of you, and didn't want anyone else to take care of you, should she be given the right to cut of your head?

Nice try but you're grasping at straws here. Not a good analogy.

And no that would be murder a little blob of tissue is not a person.

Is your new baby daughter a woman? Should she have every right that a woman has? Including the right to go get the pill at age 3 1/2? Because in saying that a fetus is the same as a child, don't you open the door for saying that a child is an adult?

Should your child be able to consent to sexual relations? Enter into legal contracts? Marry at the age of 5? Because why should children not be given the same rights as adults?

This is the saddest analogy I have seen.
The reason abortion is only legal to 24 weeks (even less in some states) is because a fetus is considered viable after that time. Anything before 24 weeks is previable and can not live outside the uterus, therefore it is not murder.
A 10 year old is way past viability.
Good for you for having your baby, but you have no right to make decisions for other women.

Sure, why not. As the atheist says, we have the right to do with human life whatever we please... "there is no god" so there are no consequences. Besides, we all "evolved" so it would simply be survival of the fittest. Off with their heads!

The NRA would say that the kid has a right to bear arms to defend himself.

That's a pretty insane question. Are you also talking to God at night? I guess the obvious answer would be "hell no!"
