There is no reason you shouldn't promote Christianity above all religions. There are a lot of reasons you should. Those who are true Children of Light know that Jesus Christ is the only truth. True Christians know they are filled with the Holy Spirit which guides them in all things. Those who are not Christians, including those who say they are Christians but are still lost, do not have a relationship with God. If you are still unsure about God do not give up. Continue to seek Him and He will reveal Himself to you. He probably already has many times but you have rejected Him. I rejected God through out my life but He never gave up on me. I just pray that everyone who reads this is touched by the Holy Spirit in a way that there is no doubt in their mind that Jesus is the only way. If you are moved by the Spirit, do not let Satan keep you from continuing to seek Him. Satan will use pride, fear, shame, greed, lust and many other ways to keep you from the Holy Spirit but God gives you a choice. If you resist Satan God will allow you to come to Him. I pray you do.

You NEED to promote it above all others, because it is true and the truth. Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. ". (John 14:6)

And it is not in any way a religion. It is based upon Jesus Christ, who died for the sins of all persons. He saves one from hell, which no one else could ever do, and no religion can ever do.

He spoke against all religion for three years of His earthly ministry and He never founded a religion. It is not based upon anything we do (or can do, since we can do nothing), it is solely based upon Him alone........all religions are based upon teachings.

Religion kills.........just look at the RCC Church and Islam.

Jesus saves. Jesus ALONE saves. Too narrow for you? Remember, narrowness is not a basis for truth.

Do you mean from an individual standpoint or from the standpoint of our nation's government?

From an individual standpoint, we should because there is no greater blessing than that which Christ has given to us and He Himself has commanded us to share the Gospel (and "make disciples of all nations"). Also, those who don't know Christ stand in great danger with respect to eternity and judgment.

From a government standpoint, we should do so because we (in America) were founded as a Christian nation - and a nation that is truly "one nation under God" has much to gain from honoring God. For God has said, "those who honor me, I will honor."

And as the Supreme Court declared in the 1799 case of Runkel v. Winemiller, “Religion is of general and public concern, and on its support depend, in great measure, the peace and good order of government, the safety and happiness of the people. By our form of government, the Christian religion is the established religion...”

By the way, I've got lots more on this. Email me if you would like more info!

Because Jesus is the only way the only truth and the only life that was given for all that will except him. He does not teach us to kill in his name for those that don't believe. As many have done over the centuries in his name.He does not teach us to hate those that don't believe in his name. If you listen to the Lord Jesus and not man, he teaches us to love our neighbors, even those that don't believe. What kind of light would we be if we hated those that don't believe. Listen to Jesus and not men that say they represent him.
