how can i search thru multiple xml documents for specific words?

Like my msn message histories, i want to look for when something was said. But all my xml files open one by one in IE and slowly, and after all that i may end up finding out what im lookin for was not even in that 1 file. Its sorta tedious so is anything else out there?

Software which will search through any folder for any specific code, it's a must for any programmer I think.
