If you have the proper identification, you can obtain it. Adding a question mark at the end of a sentence, does not make it a question.

They don't give ID cards to illegal aliens. They'll give id cards to anyone here, with the proper documentation.

if you have nothing to start with its tough....bring birth certificate...rent stub...bank account info....job pay stub...the more you have the better...go to dmv don't call..if you come in with all your papers u have better chance of getting help...
