Well i'm on no medications.
I drink alot of milk.
I have started drinking mostly water since 2 weeks ago
, and 2 weeks ago, my kidneys were hurting bad
now the pain is slightly subcided but the left one still feels achy

Here is a very helpful solution for Kidney and urinary infections.
Go to the Health food store and get UNSWEETENED CRANBERRY CONCENTRATE. Mix 8 ounces with one gallon of water. This is very acidic and helps to flush out toxins and infection.
Drink an 8 ounce glass morning, noon and night. Go through this entire gallon. It also helps you get rid of fluid bloat.
It is possible you might have kidney stones. Start doing this and see if at the end of a gallon the problem is gone. If not get to a Kidney specialist.
Get a diet book called the FAT FLUSH PLAN, it uses Cranberry concentrate and works nicely.

My husband was diagnosed with kidney stones a month a go. He was a lover of sodas, fatty and salty foods. Are you like that? You should go to a Specialist, then he will give you prescriptions to help lessen the pain. Drink Banaba tea(you can buy it in groceries or drugstores)..
There are two kinds of kidney stones..There is such a thing as acidic stones so be very careful of drinking juices that's rich in vitamins C.
The safest advice I can give you is as early as now you should consult a doctor. Don't practice self-medication. You need your two kidneys to live a life, so take an extra care ok?!
