Errr nope. Medication over a long time may cause fits - it may be a side effect of the medication. But that's not the same as saying it's epilepsy though, by no means.

Only if it is a direct side affect of the medication which would mean the epilepsy would cease when medication was no longer taken,
My nany has Alzeimers and one of her medications was causing her to have seizures, when she replaced the tablets with something else it ceased.
It is unlikely that it could cause a lasting effect unless it was a problem that had already laid dormant within the individual.

That depends on the person's constitution. Medication on the long run is not good, without medical advice.

Some medication may make you more susceptible to seizures but this is not epilepsy.
