The Jigkick battery is an official Sony product that they use in their repair centers for repairs to the PSP. The Pandora's Battery is a PSP battery that has been converted to function like a Jigkick Battery, but is an unofficial product which was reverse engineered by Team C+D.

A jigkick/magic Memory Stick is one which is bootable and contains the software to flash the firmware with. Again, the magic memory stick is unofficial and can contain any of a number of firmware versions.

You can buy Pandora's Battery kits from The Phiine Shop at http://www.phiine.com/shop with free shipping worldwide. There is a 10% discount voucher floating round on the web for The Phiine Shop.
You can also buy Magic Memory Sticks there.

But a pandoras battery works together with the magic memory stick.
The battery tell the PSP to turn on and access the memory sitck.
