I recommend you go to the first site I have linked here and enter your age, gender, height, weight and activity level. This will calculate your calorie expenditure for a day. Then look at the second site I have linked for you. You need to look up the foods you eat in a day and determine how many calories of healthy food you are eating. Now you can figure out how to lose weight.

If you cut your portions to bring your calorie intake to 500 calories below what your body requires you will be able to lose one pound a week. Don't eliminate meals, just cut portions or perhaps cut out things like sugar and cream in your coffee and butter and jam on the toast. Small things add up and make a difference.

You don't have time NOT to exercise. Life goes by pretty quickly. If you don't want to suffer debilitating disease in later years the time to prevent it is now! It only takes about thirty minutes a day of cardiovascular exercise to keep you feeling good and fit. You can start by taking a brisk walk on your lunch hour at work or around your neighborhood in the evening afterwork. It is very important to incorporate exercise into your daily routine. You will be more productive at work and feel better all day!

In addition to the other benefits the exercise will greatly assist you in losing weight. If you work up to exercising 45 minutes a day you can increase intensity to burn 500 calories each day with exercise which is another pound a week lost. Even 30 minutes worth will burn extra calories and keep that scale on the downward slide. Once you have lost the weight you want to you will have established a healthy habit that will serve you well all your life!

Eating healthy foods, which include fruits and vegetables, and whole grains, should provide you with enough fiber to keep your appetite under control. Eat frequent small meals like a mid-morning snack of fruit and perhaps a late afternoon snack of dried fruits and nuts. Eating 5-6 smaller meals helps keep you from getting too hungry and over eating, or eating things that are unhealthy.

Crunching on a juicy crisp apple with a few nuts is the ultimate fast food and it is so good for you. It makes a wonderful snack and is easy to keep at your desk at work or in your car for commute time. It offers so much nutrient value at so little cost in calories. It will keep you from feeling hunger for a few hours and keep you from needing a "slimming tablet".

Hope this helps you! Good luck!!!

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.

You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.

It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out Dr. Charles Livingston's video here: http://www.sexyjese.com - it will blow your mind.

diet pills actually make me gain weight...
find daily calorie intake calculator, enter your stats and find maintenance intake- take off 400-600cal and you will lose eating that much a day.
use fitday.com to track your intake
eat 5-6 small meals a day -make healthy food choices - complex carbs, lean protein, healthy fats, dietary fiber (5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day) etc.
cardio is the only fat burning exercise, 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (there is no way you can avoid exercising)
at least 8 glasses of water a day
no candy, junk/fast food, fried food, nothing made out of white flower, no processed foods, no sodas
