Sorry guess I left out a piece of info, I was wondering if I was gonna have a problem with immagration or customs since not a canadian citizen. G/f had mention a friends nephew that was born trying to fly there as a US citizen in military to visit family and she said they redireced him stateside and didnt let him stay in canada. I found a straight thru flight on expedia for $1100 and only 16 hrs. Thanks for the answers so far.

I think someone was advertising new direct, flights recently.

Coming into Canada as a tourist isn't likely to be a problem.

Kayak.com is not showing any non-stop flights from Dubai International to Montreal -- however you could get a British Airways flight connecting through London Heathrow.

BA 106 departs DXB @ 0255h and arrives LHR @ 0640h.
You wait in London for nearly 9 hours, but there's lots to do there.
BA 95 departs LHR @ 1535h and arrives YUL @ 1755h.

I'm curious as to why your g/f thinks you can't get to Montreal from Dubai.

I consistently locate it humorous how overseas coverage (or fairly how some imagine it truly is going to be achieved) is tied to how the others change into attentive to the West. it is finally self defeating because it provides others administration over you. So, they don't like united statesa. and subsequently may be careful of Canada? Oh nicely, lets tailor a coverage that distances us from om being perceived as professional united statesa.. it truly is stupid. Canada could first ensure the position IT STANDS. And the position Canada stands is to be professional democracy. subsequently, the u . s . a . is close with Canada. subsequently Israel is close with Canada. And if that would not sit down nicely with those that Canada desires to ensure ties with, then they're going to ought to locate the right thanks to settle for that.
