If I'm feeling really, really lazy, I just make a mix of flour, nutritional yeast, and whatever seasonings I feel like using. I dip the tofu slices in soy milk, then in the flour mixture, and fry until it's golden brown.
OR you can try this recipe I got from VegWeb:
Fry up the tofu until it starts turning golden. Add 1/4 cup nutritional yeast and 2 tbsp flour, stirring to coat. Add 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce, and 1 tbsp vinegar (preferably balsamic). Stir until slices are coated and liquid is absorbed. Add some chopped green onion, some chopped bell pepper (I use the frozen Stoplight Peppers from Whole Foods) and some capers, and stir until the veggies are tender-crisp.
Serve.

Buy extra firm tofu. Slice into thin long rectangles. Put a little olive oil in a pan. heat and put the tofu on top. Add soy sauce and sprinkle fresh lime juice on it. flip and do the same. It is yummy, and only a few minutes on each side.

It depends on what kind your using, soft tofu seems to break up when I use it. But I found that if you.
Cut the soft tofu into cubes, and dip into a beaten egg. then roll it around in flour you can deep fry them to some extend. Then eat them covered in sweet chilli sauce.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNH5l
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
