I married for love, but I had many problems with my husband's family, because they thought I married for convenience.

They didn't know that I had a better lifestyle in my country, I left everything to be with the man I love.

And I would love to return to my country with him.

But thanks to many people who get married for convenience, real couples fail to live together and families and prejudice can create many problems.

Marriage for convenience is the term for persons who wanted to marry a UK citizen in order to get an indefinite residence in UK and even get a citizenship thereat.

Not quite sure what your question is. The good old British passport is probably the most convenient in the world, as it allows you free travel anywhere.
Many countries, for example India and eastern europe, suffer travel restrictions so obtaining a British passport is a big bonus for living and working in the uk.

My husband is not 'using' me for his indefinate leave to remain. We've been married for 3 years and strange as it may sound it was for love. You cannot label everybody by the behaviour of a few.
