I use Centrum now, but would like a vegetarian brand.
I looked into a couple from VegLife, but they were not balanced. 2% rda of one vitamin, 1000% rda of another in the same supplement. I don't want megadoses of any vitamin.
Thanks for any help.

Dear mookie,
I looked at that site, but couldn't find the rda listings, or even iu listings. Do you know where I can find that info? Thanks.

I swear by this 100% vegetarian product: http://herbdoc.com/p14.asp
It's the best stuff I've found out there, and all of the nutrients are easily assimilable because he uses single-celled nutrients that the body can break down easily.

EDIT: Oh, sorry about that! Here is a link that has the nutritional information: http://www.world-mysteries.com/sci_15_b.htm
Scroll down a bit to see it.
Here's another site that gives a more in-depth look at Superfoods:

Hope I helped!
