Lol i was just kidding i wouldn't eat my hand. I would just die because even if i was to eat the cow, it would run out eventually. death would b e inevitable in that situation.

I'm not vegetarian but have an understanding and respect for your decisions. However, this is nuts. Choosing death over eating meat is a bit over the edge for me.
Would you also make your kid die (or kill you by eating you?)....to extend your ridiculous question

This question is pretty flawed. The cow probably is eating something to stay alive. You could survive off of what the cow is eating.
Grass is actually more nutritious than people give it credit for. The cow's at least eating that much.
Now, if both you and the cow came from a different country and for some reason both of you were stranded (not native to that island) and there were no other animals or plants, yeah, than just let yourself die. It's pointless to prolong a life that's gonna go anyway.

Well since there is a cow on the island, and cows don't eat meat, there must be edible plants on the island. So I would eat the same plants the cow is eating.

I hate these questions.. If I say I would eat the cow, people would accuse me of not really being a vegan and stuff, but if I say I would eat my hand, I'm completely insane.

right now i cant say but at somepoint right before starvation to death the hunger would control me and i would probably eat anything in sight considering the cow, my hand, or the island
BUT even if i ate the cow i would live with guilt for the rest of my life
i wont say i would starve or anything because when hunger controls you it is too powerful to withstand

Unless the cow was travelling with me, and we were shipwrecked together, there would be other cows on the island too, which means there would be vegetation.
Silly question, as it couldn't possibly happen

Assuming the cow is alive, it's eating something of plant origin. I'd keep my hand intact, make friends with the cow and eat whatever she's eating.

Um, I'd eat the cow, and you would not eat your own hand.

Of course I'd eat the cow. I'd kill him or her as humanely as I could first.
I believe that the reason humans CAN eat and process meat is for emegency situations like that. Not to be consumed every day with nearly every meal. If we were meant to eat animal flesh and secretions regularly then it wouldn't be so awful for our health! :P

Cows are vegetarians. I wonder, would the cow eat you, his own hoof or would he just stand there and die.
