if I am at home, I call for my husband, If in a public place, would ask person in the next stall, and if nobody was there..........well that's never happened to me. But I do carry tissue in my purse and that's a good thing.

I don't know what females would do. Being male, I would use my handkerchief to wipe the defication. Worst scenario: Use your finger, slosh it around in the toilet and then wash the heck out of the finger. It may sound gross, but Necessity is the Mother of All Invention, and I might add, innovation.
