Obviously that's going to depend on what you did and what the effects/conditions were. Example: you raise your fist in a threatening manner towards an officer... if unprovoked then it's going to get you in worlds of trouble... but let's say the officer just hit you... you might still get in trouble for the threatening action, but probably not as badly. It'll also depend on your commander.
Some punishments (judicial and non judicial) include:
verbal counseling
written counseling (LoC)
LoR (letter of Reprimand)
Article 15
Loss of base driving priviledges (depending on offense)
Promotions withheld
Stripes removed
Monetary fines/pay withheld
restriction
brig time (judicial)
administrative seperation (non-judicial discharge)
loss of clearance and restricted duty (depending on type of offense)
The commander can also file for a punitive, judicial discharge trial at that point, though as you stated you're not interested in that aspect

There are LOC (Letter of counsel), LOR (Letter of Reprimand), Article 15's (might get loss of pay and/or rank), court martial.
With a LOC, they sit down and counsel you on what you did wrong and it goes into your personnel file. A LOR is worse, again a sitdown discussion, the paperwork goes in your file and cannot be removed for 2 years unless you appeal. Article 15's can cause you to lose a stripe or two, and/or you can be required to forfiet part or all of your pay and/or have extra duty. There are a couple other things that can happen, I just can't thnk of them at the moment!
It really depends on the "trouble"

You will receive a Article 15 under the Uniform Code of Military Justice which, depending on what
trouble you get into, may require 7 days extra duty,
confinement to the barracks, meaning no passes to town, and also restricted to the base!! You can also get up to 30 days extra duty. This will affect your promotional probabilities!!

Could be as little as an LOC (letter of counseling) or an LOR (Letter of reprimand) which stays in a file for at least 6 months. If you have no more problems, your supervisor can pull it. Of course the more severe stuff get an Artiicle 15, which is pretty severe. They could take a stripe, forfeiture of pay, extra duty, or all of the above. Of course, if it's EXTREMELY severe, they could also kick you out. Why, what did you do?? I could better answer it then.

You get in trouble for hte same stuf in any branch of the military. They might call it captain's mast in some branches instead of Article 15, but the UCMJ is the Uniform Code of Military Justice. You can get reduction in rank, loss of pay, loss of privilages, or any number of things.

depends entirely on what you did and what the mood of the CO is when he hands down your punishment. anywhere from extra duty, fine of 1/2 months pay for up to two months, reduction in rank at least one paygrade, etc. your attitude will also be a factor. if you own up to your screw up and don't try and whine about it, the CO may suspend some of the punishments.

Could be anything from loss of pay, barracks restriction, loss of rank, inability to get promoted in the future, brig time. Also as competative promotions are you will probably not be allowed to re-enlist. Depending on what you did.

You could get a non-judicial punishment (Article 15), which can result in docking of pay or demotion, depending on amount of occurrences or severity. It is in the UCMJ

Depends on your superior. Some consequences are a loss of rank and a restriction to work station and barracks.

You might get some of your pay taken away and you might go to the brig. You could get put on restriction also. Like for a DUI you would get put on restriction and get half your pay taken for I think 2 months.
