Chile rellanos, with a couple of chicken tacos. If they make carnitas, then I have to have that. Of course, have to have the traditional sides: arroz y frijoles frita, and some jalapenos on the side. To wash it down, some Dos Equis Special Lager, or Tecate.
The best is either in East Los Angeles, or Santa Ana, CA

Love the warm chips and spicy salsa. We get the cheese dip too. Our favorite Mexican place here has a chicken and shrimp fajita style dish that is delicious! I love their pork tacos too!
Sopapillas for dessert with a cool Texas Margarita to wash it all down!

You guys are killing me! I have been out of the U.S for a long time and I MISS MEXICAN FOOD!!! Can't remember who said yuck to Mexican food at 8:30 but I could definitely eat Mexican food in the morning; huevos rancheros with a Bloody Mary. For lunch, I would have carnitas tacos with extra hot salsa. The same day for dinner I would have chili verde with a side of warm flour tortillas and sour cream. I would have something Mexican 3 times a day for a week. Albondigas soup, camarones al mojo---Help Me! I do make my own, but I can't get some things--like- corn torts or tomatillo salsa.

Chips w/ pico de gallo(sp?) and guacamole
Bean and Cheese burrito or tostada(I'm vegetarian)
Diet Coke or Margarita(if I'm out w/ the girls).

Sometimes I'll go just to have dessert. Carmel Flan. Yummy.

chicken mole, crispy tacos, margarita. One of the best authentic Mexican restaurants I've been to was in Jasper Alabama (!)..Amazing quality, super fresh, and had a huge menu...I wanted o try the marinated quail, buts it's only available on certain days, and we were just passing thru. Oh..it was dirt cheap as well.

Vegetarian burrito. Vegetarian fajita. I don't eat meat. But I love my mexican. I'm trying to cut down on cheese, though, so I don't eat quite so much these days. :-(
