Will you Jingle all the way to Christmas? Does a Happy Christmas really mean spending as much money on MORE presents? As many presents as you can afford?

I plan on "jingling" 2/3rds of the way. The rest I will spend in a "one-horse open sleigh".

As for presents I try to find something meaningful for the recipient. While I spend within reason, what the gift is means more than the gift's cost. This year (since it would have been the 100th birthday of Rachel Carson) I'm looking towards gifts tied to conservation and Michigan -- were my family lives.

My little chrome plated balls don't jingle.

I don't give Xmas presents, I receive Xmas presents for my birthday. I give Boxing Day presents, or gift certificates for the apres Xmas sales.

;-)))
