winter jackets! i live in new york where it can get below zero, so i need more than just a fleece lined jacket. i used to wear down, but after hearing about the cruel ways they pull the feathers from the ducks, i would rather a vegan alternative. hopefully not much more than $50.
thanks in advance...

it is not lots as rice being 'vegan' yet extra so as that once somebody turns into vegan, they do no longer in undemanding terms eliminate animal products from their weight loss application, yet they grow to be extra conscious of the nutrition technique. It turns into approximately placing the healthiest achievable nutrient prosperous ingredients on your gadget. So if some thing is processed, sophisticated, manufacturing unit packaged, then the flags will bypass up. White rice is sophisticated, so the extra wellbeing wakeful vegans might steer clean of it. even nevertheless it comes right down to private assessment of your nutrition alternatives.

You might have to do some layering. Or go to a second-hand store. But you may still spend more than $50. Or check out the outdoor clothing shops, such as Patagonia or L.L. Bean, which may have cruelty-free jackets.

For 50 bucks you had better go to the second hand store and take anything they have that fits you, vegan or not.

How about finding a good Thinsulate lined coat that "normal" people would buy.

Thinsulate and wool are choices.

Avoid anything cotton.... cotton is known for killing people when it gets wet.

Anyone that spends any amount of time outdoors knows to stay away from cotton.
