First of all, NO ONE contracts AIDS. People contract HIV, which in most cases develops into AIDS later on.

If the person receiving oral sex has HIV, their blood, semen, pre-seminal fluid, or vaginal fluid may contain the virus. Cells lining the mouth of the person performing oral sex may allow HIV to enter their body.

Oral sex for anybody is considered a hypothetical risk. I don't believe there has been any confirmed cases of HIV being contracted in that manner. Those that testify that they have been infected from oral sex run the possibility of lying (especially in the case of men who do not want to admit to having had sex with another man).

I'd say the risk of passing HIV sex from oral sex is very unlikely to no risk at all.
