A vegetarian diet focuses on plants for food. These include fruits, vegetables, dried beans and peas, grains, seeds and nuts. There is no single type of vegetarian diet. Instead, vegetarian eating patterns usually fall into the following groups:
The vegan diet, which excludes all meat and animal products
The lacto vegetarian diet, which includes plant foods plus dairy products
The lacto-ovo vegetarian diet, which includes both dairy products and eggs
People who follow vegetarian diets can get all the nutrients they need. However, they must be careful to eat a wide variety of foods to meet their nutritional needs. Nutrients vegetarians may need to focus on include protein, iron, calcium, zinc and vitamin B12.

Vegetarians would desire to in no way devour fish on the grounds that's an ANIMAL no longer a plant! f they devour fish they are no longer actual vegetarians! Vegetarians that don't devour ANY ANIMAL which contains seafood! I only became a vegetarian this week and that i did devour fish for a at the same time as thinking it became into all good for me to devour it yet than I got here right here attempting to make valuable it became into all good yet i stumbled on we greens won't be able to devour a single animal! in the event that they do devour meat or the different animal flesh they are no longer vegetarian! they're a meat-eater! So in end your acquaintances are incorrect approximately fish. Fish are associates no longer food:looking Nemo bruce and friends(via the way Dolphins and whales are no longer fish)yet they're mammals.

Lot's of things. You must eat stuff without meat sometimes. Lot's of people who aren't vegetarian seem to think we don't get much variety, when the thing is, we do, maybe more so than some people who eat meat. I never get tired of vegetarian food. Grains, fruits, alternatives (soy products, eggs, nuts, etc...), mushrooms (fungi), vegetables, etc. There are tons of foods beside meat.

well, most of the vegetarians include eggs in their meals, just no meat. As for what they eat, there's plenty to choose from! I've been a veggie all my life and never ever felt like I was losing on something! This article that i wrote should provide a detailed answer to your question:)

Healthy vegetarians eat lots of fish, seafood, dairly and poultry just like 99% of the vegetarians all over the world beside plant life. But you don't want to become vegetarians because you will miss all the great bar-b-ques during the summer.

grains (bread, pasta, rice, cereal), beans of all kinds and that includes soy products like soy milk and tofu, Legumes (peas, lentils), seeds and nuts. Some vegetarians eat animal products like milk and eggs.
So just about any food that doesn't include meat, poultry, or fish.

I'm a vegan, and I eat pasta, burritos, and pizza.
"Besides vegetables"?? Most people eat "vegetarian" food all the time, they just don't think of it as such.

A vegetarian (check the spelling, and remember that plurals do NOT have apostrophes) eats FOOD.
So does a vegan.
