What type? There are many types of cheese, but this website gives pretty good general information - has instructions and photos to show the steps.

Basically, you need milk, rennet to coagulate the milk proteins, some type of starter culture for flavor, heat and time for the culture to start the fermentation process.

Put yogurt in a cheese cloth or cloth and let it sit overnight. you'll have a creamy spreadable cheese.
