No, symptoms are just that, it tell you something is NOT right, but not what is causing the problem. Go see a doctor.

sounds like a possible hernia...although if you have any other symptoms.. fever, lower abdominal pain, redness or swelling of the testes, it could be a number of other things, including epididymitis, which is an infection which can be caused by chlaymydia or gonorrhea. symptoms of epididymitis are severe pain of sudden onset, rapid swelling, and fever.

it also could be testicular torsion, which is an emergency situation caused by twisting of the spermatic cord. it causes excruciating pain, often during sleep. you may also have nausea, vomiting, fever, or abdominal pain.

Maybe. It might just be that you have not had an ejaculation in a while and need to get rid of the build up... I hope you know what this means you might need to do. Their is an actual medical term for this: "congestive prostatis", but most people just call it "blue balls". If "doing what you need to do" doesn't take care of it, then you need to see a physician.

If your left testicle only hurts it means you have genital warts. If your right testicle hurts only it means you have chlamydia. If both testicles hurt then it means your boyfriend was a bit to rough with them and needs to take it much easier next time.
