There are no cures for any of the viral hepatitides. That means there is no cure for hep B, either. There are vaccines for Hepatitis A and B, though, but you have to get them before you contract the infections.

If you have Hep B and a chronic carrier, there are some antiviral treatments available. Currently there is no medication for acute (new) infections. If you are having an acute infection, you will receive supportive therapy to help with your symptoms, but that's about it.
