In all actuality not sleeping can kill you faster than not eating. When you become sleep deprived you are actually the equivalent to being drunk. You start to lose motor skills and judgment in the same ways and eventually you will start to lose your mind. Your brain and body need rest in order to function properly. Not sleeping is very harmful to your health. If you are having troubles I would look further into it.

yes, your stress level goes up and your immunity goes down making it easier to become sick. one night won't do much. but if it is a chronic sleeping problem, you may want to go to your doctor

Not in and of itself. But speaking from personal experience, it will effect your judgment some, and it will weaken your immune system so you'll be more likely to get sick.

Yes it can. It decreases the efficiency of your immune system making you prone to viruses and bacteria.
