I know...vegetables. But which ones are lowest in carbs. I am just wanting some ideas thrown out. Like...chili with tofutti sour cream. :)

Broccoli and Cauliflower are among the lowest carb veggies.
Almonds are the lowest carb nuts.
Salad greens are very low.
Vegetable oil
Lard
Vinegar
Real Mayonnaise
Avacodos
Asparagus

That's tougher. Avoid the starchiest ones (corn and potatoes, for example) if you're trying to steer clear of carbs. You will get carbs from plant food, though.

Are you really sure that ketosis is one of your goals in life?

If you want to lose weight, eat less calories than you burn. That is i the ONLY science there is in relation to ridding your body of excess fat stores. Everything else is a gimmick that is hyped up to sell sh!t and make money.
