Please keep in mind that all sorts of body liquids hold the infections they are exchanged from one body to another, then the other person will get infection
Also, condoms and dental dams etc. do not prevent you from contracting any STI 100%

Any STD that can be on your genitals can just as easily be in your MOUTH> that includes herpes, genital warts, syphillis, gonorrhea, etc. There is a product called a dental dam made for oral sex, and condoms for the other way. Be careful.

It is possible, yes.
Some STD's are exchanged in fluid, i.e. saliva, semen, etc.
Some STD's are blood borne, i.e. you have to exchange blood.
Both are possible with oral sex.
